Your meetup ends. The connections shouldn't.
Keep Luma or Eventbrite for RSVPs. Mētan handles the room: who is there, who should meet, and what happens after.
In the room
RSVPs are solved. The room is not.
Luma, Eventbrite, and Meetup get people through the door. Inside, it is name tags and luck. Mētan is the layer for the room itself:
- Attendees see who else is there and who is worth meeting
- Contacts swap in seconds, with your event attached as context
- People leave with real connections, and come back for more

Where the room meets itself
Your stack, intact
Runs alongside your existing stack.
Nothing to migrate. Create the event in the Organizer app; attendees join with a QR scan at the door, wherever they RSVPed.
- A live view of the room while the event runs
- Connections made and engagement, event over event
- Proof of value a check-in count alone never gives you

FAQ
Questions, answered.
The short version of what we hear most. For everything else, the contact form reaches a human.
Does Mētan replace Luma, Eventbrite, or Meetup?
No. Keep using them for listings, RSVPs, and ticketing. Mētan adds the networking layer during and after the event. Attendees join with a QR scan regardless of where they registered.
How do attendees join?
They scan a QR code at the door or open your event link. Profiles work instantly on the web, and the full experience lives in the iOS and Android apps.
What do I get as the organizer?
A live view of your event and analytics afterwards: attendance, connections made, and engagement over time, so you can show your community (and sponsors) that the event worked.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on event size and frequency. Reach out through the contact form and we will set you up.
